What Our Customers Are Saying
My experiences here with Janice and everyone else has been nothing short of exceptional. Although through the misfortunes of advertising I had purchased my 15 Tiger XCx elsewhere I have received nothing but the best here. Initial service and mounting of two aftermarket tires for a quite reasonable price. Even got me in a week earlier than scheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Additionally their OEM prices are extremely decent and I dont have a single OEM farkle that didnt come from here, nor will I look elsewhere. As I said when I bought my Tiger I dont like Orange.

I have not purchased a bike here, although I have purchased some parts and accessories I have, however, had extensive amounts of service done here. Their prices are very fair (they wont ever be the lowest price if you want cheap, go somewhere with a two star rating and get screwed) Their service, honesty, reliability, and professionalism are top notch. For normal routine services, I have always been satisfied things like tires, oil changes, valve adjustments, etc etc. I have high confidence that they are going to fix my bike right and let me tell you, from personal experience, one bad mechanic working on your bike can mean a trip in an ambulance. When picking folks who are working on your ride make sure they are honest, skilled, and trustworthy. But even more than their routine service & maintenance these folks did *major* work on my bike for me this summer, and they helped me through all of the steps and process. They went above and beyond, and they did an outstanding job (much more then they had to at all they could have just ignored me or turned me away but instead they worked long and hard on my behalf!) I have been involved in the motorcycle community in Portland for over 15 years and I have never met a single person with a complaint about this dealership (other than that they are not the cheapest). The reviews here are not blowing smoke these guys are a very unique business. Motorcycle dealerships and service places are notoriously shady but Cascade Moto Classics is pure class through and through. (I hope they dont read this, I dont want it to go to their head and I hope that they keep it up and nothing else changes!). Again their prices are fair. They wont be the cheapest and they wont be the most expensive. If price is your *sole* motivator, you will be disappointed here. But Cascade is competitive enough that you wont go broke buying from them. But if you want it done right, and if you want VALUE this is the shop for you.

We enjoy your fun bike shop and the special attention you give your customers and friends.
It was obvious from my experience that you and your staff genuinely enjoy what you do for a living, and were not simply going through the motions.
Truly great customer service! That is why I keep coming back.

I cannot say enough about the way Cascade Moto helped my husband with buying his first bike. Your service (from start to finish) has been nothing less than exceptional.

Not only the best Triumph dealer on the planet, the best motorcycle dealer on the planet! Absolutely Five Stars!!

Please share with the guys how pleased I am.

Great family run operation!

Brought my 96 Thunderbird in for a look at. Frankly needed more than bike worth. But I like the bike and its only money. Riding bikes for 40 years so I expected the cost more, takes longer. I planed a January take in. To me it was worth it. This old bike purrs, no issues after 100 miles. For the first time in all my years riding I feel like a shop did it right. Thanks guys and gals !.

Truly great customer service! That is why I keep coming back.

Just finished buying my motorcycle there today. What a fantastic place to buy a bike. I have been in the process of buying my bike for a few weeks and have been in and out of their shop multiple times, not to mention the number of emails and phone calls.
I just bought a new 2012 Triumph Street Triple R.
No pressure sales environment is an understatement. Everyone there was more than fantastic as I bugged them though the process of buying my motorcycle.
Janice assisted me through the entire process, and put up with relentless questions and contact and was always excited and happy to help me.
You can really tell that they care here. They arent just looking to sell you a bike, they are honestly trying to develop a relationship with their customers and potential customers.
I am completely astounded at the high level of customer service!
Thanks for everything guys! Youre awesome.

I have never felt so at home at any other business before. From the first time that I walked through the doors I felt like a member of a family. Fantastic service, great shop, and lots of accessories and apparel. I live across town and even ride pass the other Triumph dealer to get to CMC. I have bought two bikes from them, and when I can afford to buy another bike, well there is no question that Ill be back out to CMC!!!

A family owned motorcycle shop where you buy fine European motorcycles. Janice and Kelly are the nicest folks. The staff is excellent. Other clients will quickly welcome you into the world of motorcycling. Definitely buy from this shop.

Staff are beyond cool. The Triumph I was checking out just didnt quite fit the bill.and the salesman told me soI was stunned at his honesty as I was a walking sale waiting to happen.
Id have to say that my experience at Cascade Moto Classics was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying any vehicle. From the get-go, Nick (my Salesman) was super knowledgeable on the whole lineup of Triumph. I just stopped by one weekend to take a look around and had my eye on a Thruxton, but I was not ready to buy yet. I came back a month later and Nick still remembered my name and we picked up where we left off. Little did I know that that particular day was a big meeting of T.R.A.P and the store was slammed and crazy busy. Through all of that craziness, the customer service was amazing. Janice was great at getting my credit app rolling while Daniel was out that day. I was able to come back the following weekend and get all the paperwork signed. Daniel, my finance agent was incredible to say the least! He went above and beyond to find me the best finance offer he could and boy did he come through in a big way! WOW is all I can say!
On the day of my purchase I scheduled some additional work to be done to the bike (adding a fairing and a fender eliminator kit) at the time of the brake-in service. Once the parts came in and I scheduled service with Liz, it sounded like they wouldnt be able to do all of the work in one shot but Jim came through and knocked it out of the park!
Holly hell, the staff and level of service at this dealership is amazing! If you are looking for stellar service then this is the place to go! Thank you to all of the Cascade Moto Classics Staff!!!!!!
I had recently purchased my K1200s from a local dealer, the day after purchase i found the ABS pump was bad. My bike ended up in the hands of this dealer. I have to say that the level of professionalism and courtesy was unmatched and i was blown away. i will be making my next purchase from here and want to give a shout out to everyone who helped get my bike out on the road again.
I have just bought my 6th BMW from Reiner. I would never go anywhere else. Great dealership, No BS! And Reiner is the best! He knows BMW and never any sales pressure. I would recommend this shop and staff 100%.
I drove past 3 other BMW motorcycle dealerships to get to these guys, 5 hours from home. I was a little worried about the distance at first but I can tell you now, it was worth it. This isn’t being written based on one good experience either. I’ve been in the shop quite a few times. I’ve never had a salesman, motorcycle or auto, who was as easy to work with as Brian. Not sure how to say it but imagine everything you hate about buying a new bike or auto and remove it from the experience. That’s how these guys operate. Straight up, but casual. I kinda want to hang out down there, it’s that good, haha, and that’s how a bike shop should be.I’ve ordered all kinds of stuff from the Parts Department and those guys are awesome as well. They can get anything that’s available and they even saved me the hassle of installing the new Bluetooth headset on my helmet, did it like a surgeon too, on a clean table, with lights, pretty sweet to see somebody taking care of the stuff they’re working on.I’ve had my bike worked on in the service department, those guys are top notch. After I bought my bike, I had several questions since a lot of the technology and maintenance is new to me, compared to my other bikes. Even though I try not to take up too much of their time when I’m sure they have bikes to work on, they kinda make me feel like they want to talk to me, it’s weird because I’ve never felt like that with other dealers. You know what I mean, it seems like other places are in a hurry to get off the phone or don’t want to try to help over the phone sometimes. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not asking them how to rebuild the engine by describing it to me over the phone, just saying, they seem to enjoy talking about bikes and working on them. Now, I’m not one of the guys that knows everyone in the shop and puts up good reviews to help them out, haha, I just come in or call in if needed. Another thing worth mentioning, I was 2 hours early for my service and they switched a few things around to get me back on the road asap since I had to ride 5-6 hours home. I know they probably can’t always do that but the point is they try. Pretty awesome place and I’m on here, trying to help you make a decision if needed. I’m pretty picky about who I do business with and if I’ll drive 5-6 hours to get here, that’s saying something. No body asked me to write this, I just think they deserve it. 1000 good things can happen and all we ever read about are the 1 bad experience. Well, I’ve had a bunch of good experiences, so that’s it. I’ve got at least one more bike to buy, and I’ll be getting it here. Thanks for everything guys!
I took my recently-purchased BMW F700 to BMCWOR for it’s 600 mile break-in service. It’s a 170 mile ride, one way, so I gave this some thought. Ultimately, I decided on the 340 mile round trip for the peace of mind of having my F700 serviced by a BMW tech vs. a local motorcycle shop. BMCWOR got my bike in and out in a timely manner.During the service, a small part was upgraded. I should have asked for the old part (for my personal parts bin) at the time of service, but didn’t. When I called BMCWOR and inquired about the old part, they sent it to me via U.S. mail.Overall great experience from the BMCWOR service department.
Scott,I trust all is well with you. Just a brief e-mail to let you know how impressed I am with, and appreciative of, the Tigard service department! Specifically, Rick, Todd, and Richard! I had an unexpected electrical event with my R1200RT yesterday, and they bent over backwards and sideways to get my bike into the shop late yesterday afternoon to diagnose the problem. Im leaving for the rally in Hamburg, NY in the morning, and I was jumping through my fourth point of contact at the time. Their immediate attention to the problem was greatly appreciated! Thought I should let you know! Take care! All the best, Barry
… I called the Tigard store a couple weeks ago to schedule an 18K service on my bike. I spoke with Todd and the soonest he could get me in was July 8th. My dilemma was that I am planning to ride to Buffalo, leaving on the 9th, to attend the BMW MOA rally, and that was cutting things close. Todd said to bring the bike in the next day, if possible, and as jobs cancelled and time otherwise opened up, he would try to have his guys work on my bike as they could. No guarantees, but he offered that solution so I brought the bike in the next day, Saturday the 18th. He called me the following Thursday afternoon to tell me that the bike was ready to go cross-country, including a new front tire (purchased through your shop, of course). Todd was great to work with, made no guarantees but clearly did everything he could to get my bike ready much earlier than expected, and now Im ready for my trip. …
I have been a customer for about 5 years. I have owned three BMW motorcycles and had them all serviced at BMW of Western Oregon. Jennifer in service is awesome and their parts people are incredible. Recently I had a problem installing a part and they patiently showed me where I was making a mistake. I highly recommend them for all your BMW motorcycle needs.
So I want to ride motorbikes. Never done it before, but I am adventurous, or I like to think so. Well I got one little problem with trying to learn to ride. Well I have a few, but my biggest is the fact I am short. I have an inseam of 28 inches. So finding a bike is a little trying to say the least. So a few of my friends that ride just told me to do a few things 1) take the Team Oregon class and 2) sit on as many bikes as you can to find the perfect one. Okay so I am waiting to take the class, so I decided to use Saturday as a day of looking for a bike. First place I stop is BMWOR. They had demo days going on and I didn’t hold out hope on actually being taken care of. Well I walked in and started to roam about. First I thing I have to say is that it was well lit, smelled great (who really wants to be in an enclosed room with motor fumes?), and spacious. I could get between bikes and really take a look without the fear of knocking down 20 bikes that cost more than my car. Within a minute or two of being in the store a gentleman comes up to me to ask if I need help. Oh boy if he only knew. Anyways. I told him my little story. I am wanting to learn to ride, waiting to take the Team Oregon class, but needing to try on some bikes since size does matter. He says no problem, completely understood that I was not going to buy a bike that day. We tried multiple bikes and I never felt rushed and stupid for being a new rider. Nothing seemed to do it for me, but he took my number and said he thinks he has a bike that is perfect for me, but it isn’t in stock just yet. I am going to hold out hope that a perfect bike does exist.
Jenny and her service team do a fantastic job with all my bikes and have for years – everything from the latest models to the vintage stuff. When I pick ’em up, I know the maintenance is done right and have no qualms about heading across town or across the country.
we had an outstanding experience at this dealership thanks to jenny who provided us with the best service ever. we were on a trip from Canada on 2 bikes and needed tires for 1 bike and oilservice for the other. while our bikes were being serviced jenny offered to dry our gear since we got soaked on the way there , provided coffee and donuts and offered to check the weather since there were weather warnings out. we were in and out within an hour and are soooo thankful .outstanding service! thank you jenny2 happy bikers from alberta/canada
They’ve had routine parts on hand and have been like angels when I was there with a broken bike mid-ride.
The service department went to bat for me when my BMW K bike had the dreaded ABS pump failure. They helped me out with a less than scrupulous used part vendor from Kansas (BTW stay away from that guy). The master service techs were great and even after a very expensive repair I’m happy with the result. Doug was made of awesomeness in helping me deal with the jack-a-lope from Kansas and getting me new parts shipped in quickly.
Great Experienced Staff. Friendly, Fair and Caring about YOUR needs. The showroom is great with Multi brands if you are shopping for new. I’m a BMW fan so it fits right in for my needs and wants. I work with Dan/Reiner in sales. Both are very respectful and will really try hard to meet your expectations with your purchase. I have been to another BMW motorcycle retailer in the area and was so misled by the sales proper there by a bait and switch technique over bike pricing. That has never happened to me here. The other thing is they are not limited by their inventory. They have connections with other dealers for used bike trades and can find you the deal you are looking for if you work with them and give them time to find it. I don’t know what “Mr. Funny” is talking about. I love the Service Department is has a new staff since 1/2011 and they are Great. 3 Master BMW techs it is the only dealer in the state with this. I wonder if he even rides?
I was traveling in July 2015 from Houston, TX to the BMW Rally in Billings, MT via my brother’s place in Washington state. After a week of riding to get up there I noticed my rear hub was covered with black dirt around the axle. Oh no, a rear seal going out and I had many thousands of miles to go.So I called BMW of W Oregon and got Rick, the service manager. His first statement was “OMG, we are slammed and fully booked up for the next month!” Then he said “If you can get here first thing in the morning I will get you in.”I was there 30 minutes before they opened and he signed me in. I was quite surprised when he called me after a couple of hours and said they were done!Quick, efficient, friendly, and top priority to travelers coming through. I’m sure that delayed someone’s local bike from getting done that day (as has happened to me at my home dealership). But this is one happy camper (literally!).
Bunch of very nice people who went out of their way to help me. They made me feel very welcome, and their service was just outstanding. The charges were more than reasonable and I am very happy with the work they did for me. I’ve been riding BMWs since 1979 (doing the math for how many years that is makes me nauseous :) ) and have dealt with numerous dealers. These guys are top 5 of all time. I’ll gladly support them again in future.
Stopped by last weekend -they’ve done a great job with the remodel. Place is nice and people are helpful. This is a very classy dealership; the people are very nice and genuinely helpful, and the service department is awesome.I’ve patronized them a few times, but last week was an extended visit to the Service Department, and I left feeling very impressed with their abilities and honesty.
Kenny and Nick made the purchase a quick and painless process. They were both excellent to work with and made time for all my questions even during this holiday season and with events happening. Ive been looking at Triumphs for a few years and each visit to this dealership staff were always helpful and took the time to answer my questions. They took time to help support and give you as much info as needed to make an informed decision on a purchase or even waiting. I was hesitant upon this recent visit because I hadnt heard the owners had changed but it was a Great experience. Thank you!!
Newly sold and now bigger, this privately owned Triumph / BMW dealership is helpful, friendly, well stocked, and really busy because of a very loyal customer base. Sometimes it can be hard to get bikes scheduled for service because they are so popular, but this is the only negative I can think of. I actually have a deposit down on a bike that Ive ordered. I cant wait til it is here.
The great poet and writer, Paulo Coelho, said: “One day you will wake up and there wont be any more time to do the things youve always wanted. Do it now. Its been about 7 years since I owned my last motorcycle. Ive ridden most of my adult life. With Spring and Summer around the corner, I got the bug to go take a look, and found Triumph Portland on SW Farmington Rd. In Beaverton. Incredible selection of Classic and Vintage Motorcycles. Well priced, (IMO) friendly and knowledgeable people. Picked up a Sweet Triumph Bonneville. Tossing out my praise to a very deserving business! Thanks!!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE I had throughout the entire purchase process at Triumph Portland. I’ve purchased several bikes, cars, trucks, & ATV’s during my adult life. I can say WITHOUT ANY DOUBT, this was 100% positive & enjoyable…start to finish. No games & no BS. Complete WIN-WIN for both parties. Look forward to working with this dealership for as long as I can ride Glen Corvallis, OR

I have shopped at both dealerships, since I own a BMW and a Triumph, outstanding service, always willing to find what you need, and get the part right the first time.

Great overall experience, all staff were excellent. My rocket 3 is the best bike Ive ever owned. They gave me a great trade in on my vehicle. They even gave me a bonus for being a vet. I highly recommend this dealer and triumph overall.

As promised below, this was my second purchase of a new BMW motorcycle from Cascade. As usual the staff was amazing from order to ride out. I cannot stress how comfortable and relaxing the atmosphere is and how friendly everyone is. From service, sales and finance. These people deserve seven stars but it only goes to 5.

I want to express how thrilled I am with my new Bonneville T120. The machine is truly amazing. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but the performance is awesome. The bike handles well, is stable, stops on a dime, and goes from 0 60 in OMG! (about that fast). I couldnt be happier. Heads turn wherever I go, as that stunning cinder red/chrome combination glistens in the sun. I have received more compliments and inquiries in the short time Ive owned this motorcycle than all three of the previous bikes combined!
From the first time I entered your showroom, everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Sales professional Randy Harris was patient, answered all of my questions, and helped me decide which model to purchase. As a sales professional myself, it was refreshing to work with a team who not only knows their product line, but exudes the passion and enthusiasm that comes with believing in them also. Our organization refers to groups such as yours as the A Team. I also appreciated Janices listening ear and encouragement after life dealt me a setback delaying my purchase, and during my multiple visits.
The deal was fair. Finance administrator Annette was friendly and helpful, wrapping up the paperwork/licensing. Having Kelly personally deliver the bike to my home was the icing on the cake! I will always remember the excitement watching him back that beautiful machine out of the trailer and onto my driveway. The final personal touch was receiving the signed Thank You card and coffee mug in the mail. I would whole-heartedly endorse Cascade Moto to anyone considering a Triumph
P.S. For fun and interest, I looked up Triumph in the dictionary to see what Webster had to say about it. Victory, conquest, rejoicing, to achieve success, to prevail, and expressing joy for success.
I could not have expressed it any better.
